July 26th

VACATION DAY 3:

We started this day off going to Cedar City and watching Despicable Me 2

Then we headed to the Frontier Homestead Museum
The kids had a great time here. They loved roping, making puzzles, panning for gold, and loading and unloading the buggy.

VACATION DAY 2:

We went to St. George to the Dinosaur Discovery Museum. This museum is owned by one of Joe's family members.

This event started off rough. Carson was not wanting to follow directions or hold hands with dad or mom, so he got taken out to the van for a little time out until he could decide to hold a hand and behave himself. In the end, he decided to be good and we went on the tour and had a good time.

We also did some school shoes shopping while there as well.

July 24

VACATION DAY 1

We started our vacation in Beaver (at Great Grandma's and Grandpa's)

We went to the parade. Best Parade ever. It was 2 hours long. Lots of candy, and the best part was the fire truck spraying the crowd with water.

We also went to the park and did the waterslides. The kids loved this part.

We bought the kids a little kids pool to play in while we were there, but it only got used once (sadly).

After dinner we took the kids out shooting for the first time. Joe has been wanting to do this since the first day we got the kids. (So about 15 months).

Later that night we went up by the elementary school and watched the fireworks. We had front row seating and it was awesome. The fireworks were shot right over our heads. We laid on the ground on our backs and watched them that way. It was a whole new experience.
