Well, school is back into full swing.
Drama...drama...drama...drama
School started back up yesterday and we have already had things happen.
Quynsie's locker partner all but kicked her out of her locker.
A kid started a rumor about Raven that could have been very damaging to her and her education. Raven did not say whatever it was and the principal has been notified and talked to all parties involved. She does not make friends easily and she is not the most popular kid on campus. In fact, she is pretty much the one that has very few friends. It breaks my heart to be honest.
The braces saga has now begun at our house. Raven is getting her top braces 2 weeks from today. She has an impacted tooth that will require an oral surgeon at some point. Once that is dealt with, then the bottom braces will go on. We are looking at about 2 1/2 years at the least in braces.
Once Nadia loses all of her baby teeth then it will be her turn.
We are aways off from ever knowing if Carson will need them.
Quynsie's teeth are not bad enough to warrant $3,000+ and it is mostly her bottom teeth that bug her.
Tonight I was
Sitting outside Carson's bedroom because he won't stay in there...
He says: Oh so you think your so funny now. ... Oh no you didn't
Then he says I need a drink
I said: No your fine go to bed
He says: if you want me to stay in bed then that's what your going to do is let me get a drink...
Then he continues on and says: you entertain me sometimes to be the boss.
Bedtime around here is a big joke. It is extremely tiring.
Ugh this boy...what are we going to do with him?
He comes up with the craziest things.
He does not like change in routine either. He shows us that by messing his pants.
During the Christmas break, he only messed his pants the first couple of days, and then was fine...until today. School started yesterday and that resulted in a change. Change stresses him and Nadia out so bad.
Nadia shows her stress by her huge tantrums that she has...looooooong drawn out tantrums. They were starting to fade before we moved and now they are back, but are starting to fade back out as long as we catch her behavior before it gets past the snapping point. If we see the stressed look on her face, we are able to tell her to take a breath and calm down. She has also gotten better at telling us, hey, this is stressing me out or bugging me so that we can deal with it before the tantrum.
UGH........THESE KIDS ARE GROWING UP WAY TO FAST...
Quynsie is going to be 14 in March
Raven will be 11 in May
Nadia is a year from being 10 (we have almost had her for half her life)
And Carson just turned 7 and will be turning 8 this year, which means getting baptized.
