Wow our house had only been on the market for 24 hours and we have 3 showings scheduled tonight. Good sign? I sure hope so.

It is pretty nerve wracking knowing strangers are walking through your home and all of your belongings are still there.

This is how we do house hunting. We bring the dvd player and the kids watch a movie. Believe me, this thing has saved us more times than not.
